Leveling kitchen floor costing $1000 - is it necessary?
I have linoleum on plywood. The floor slants a bit, though it doesnt bother me. Contractor says it must be leveled before tile is applied. A friend questions this as an unnecessary cost, and my budget is TIGHT. What do you think?

Twisted Minds Custom Designs The floor doesn't need to be level, but should be as true as possible. If the floor isn't the tile won't lay flat. Depending on s.f. needed to be leveled, it could cost what is being quoted.

Ironwood Builders Twisted! Head to a new post about counters...looks like a white Portland concrete to me. They need your input. I commented with your forum in the comments, so look to my discussions to find?
