jmctipping A couple have asked about budget and this was really a whole-house renovation, opening up the living, dining, kitchen, and den and adding the screened porch as living space - new windows and doors all around. The kitchen portion of the project (including bar area and a pantry not seen in the pix) was approx 75K (not factoring in design fees).
