Split home with small family room
Not much room, and layout is a challenge, along with low ceilings. The two doors shown on the second pic, are the Hot water heater/furnance & W/D area. Any ideas?? I wanna go kinda man area (lodge look) but still modern.

shortped TV and bar area to right of fireplace. Sectional with L arm along wall and R arm across from TV or two separate pieces with same layout. Card table area back by doors.
