Outlets in back painted glass backslalsh
Renovating our kitchen and will be running new electric. I want to do a back painted glass splash, but also need to have electricity for appliances. I'm wondering what is the best way to handle outlets - I'll need at least two - without it destroying the clean lines of the splash. Don't see many images of outlets on glass. I guess a stainless steel cover; or is there a way to put the outlet in the cabinet above? Modern design - lime splash, horizontal teak cabinetry with white and aluminum garage style upper cabs, white staron countertop.

Interiors International, Inc. You can make covers to match the glass, I have done this in the past. There is the option of two newer products to use: 1, a strip of outlets that run along the top of the counter. 2, A pop up out of the counter top outlet.

design wallcovering What kind of a cavity is needed for the pop up option? And do you have a manufacturer in mind? The strip sounds like it could be a cleaning nightmare..

Interiors International, Inc. The diameter of the pop up is about 21/2" the strip is actually not a cleaning problem at all.
