chestertown The family room is not huge but spacious. The paint and carpet are neutral but the not same as shown in the photo. I am leaning toward a sectional.

carole this is a very versatile piece of furniture and i think it would fitt with almost anything except tiny flower printed fabrics or wallpaper!!

rawketgrl An ottoman with a tail.....with the right set up this will be smoking cool...yes sectional around it with other "horsey" cowboy/county/rustic decor. Or sleek modern couch/ furniture with occasional animal prints, but the legs of this ottoman are rustic so that is what I would go with. Think cowboy couch and hide chair. You can even find another table to go partly over it and decorate it with trays, throws etc... neat find. Have fun with your unique piece.

chestertown I am greatly relieved and encouraged. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The pony chairs are probably well over budget. The photos are fabulous.

rawketgrl Yeah those chairs are way over the top $$$ but maybe you can find something that will work for now that you can cover later or find an animal print throw to cover with...etc.. Lots of great ideas. Either way sleek chic safari or rustic new country the cowboy look is fun.
