Help with kitchen colors and placement
Hello all. I am re painting farmhouse kitchen and would love paint color and placement advice. Very odd layout with adjoining butler pantry. Black appliances. A stove alcove. Want to paint maybe antique or color wash cabinet. there is a 4 foot high chair rail that can stay or go and wood floors underneath layers linoleum. Attached are my inspiration pieces for colors. 8 foot ceilings. Eastern exposure. Thank you in advance for your help!

Can you suypply a floorplan with deminsions so we can all see the layout and placement of cabinets, water, and electricity, etc.?
Can you dig up that linoleum and reveal those wood floors?
Can you replace the back with stainless appliances? Can you get some farmhouse-style fixtures for faucets, etc?
Your Ideabook shows some GREAT kitchens and you could easily have them with some windowed upper cabinets and some color. Are you going for more rustic or elegant?

I would hire a local designer to come out and give you a professional hand with your colour choices.
country kitchens are so much fun - and important to get right to be able to incorporate all your treasures. The arched alcove would be gorgeous tiled in a mosaic tile.
I'd also add hits of red in either warm rich red paint or a grass cloth wallpaper.
