Dytecture Is the red too much for you ? Gray-brown accent wall would be a more neutral option.

SPACIALISTS Hi lisafulton,
Here are some color suggestions, Its also important to have the new paint relate to the surrounding furniture. Hope these colors help you solidify your final decision.

kurfurst What about Benjamin Moore Sparrow(AF-720) or Benjamin Moore Kensington Blue

Lkristine I think Nature's Scenery, BM, would be awesome! A little color, but not overwhelming.

aerobix How about just painting all 4 walls the same color and making the trim lighter than the walls? In the photos above, the yellow really stands out - and not to the betterment of the beautiful windows. The windows should stand out, not all the trim. Remove the star medallion and put up a fantastic piece of art that is a little more contemporary to go with the black in the room.

southernbellwether Used to have a similar floor plan in a previous house and the room had Ralph Lauren "Putting Green" on it. It was a gorgeous frame for nature seen through the windows. I never got tired of it and it seemed to go with everything. Sorry the pic isn't better.

Gabberts Design Studio I like the impact of the accent color on that wall. Try a more cayenne color, it will work nicely with the brick.

michigammemom I would suggest a warm neutral as the backdrop for your red brick fireplace.
