Upholstered headboard with kids?
I am in the process of redoing our bedroom. I cant decided between a upholstered headboard or a traditional set. We plan on having kids soon so I am not sure if its a good idea to get an upholstered headboard - I don't want it to get ruined. What do you think?

figureskating22 Well you could find a durable fabric and I have an tufted linen head bored and kids and it has no stains. Maybe make the rule no food or drinks on the bed.

curacaoblue Kids don't sleep with you so I don't see how they will even come In Much contact with it. I like the look of those headboards but my only concern with them was that they would become dated fast. That's why we opted for more traditional wood. Just a thought...
