Kitchen cabinets to match my table
Looking for ideas for cabinets to go with my table and hutch. We are moving and I will be replacing the cabinets. I really like white cabinets but that probably won't work with my table.

iowacathy Still hoping for some help. I am overwhelmed and about to go with maple again.

Keitha I agree that maple cabinets are not doing much to compliment your table and hutch... However, cabinets are a very big investment so I suggest going with a style and color that you like and paint or change out e furniture if necessary.

Stamps Design Services Are you wanting to paint them before you move out? Or are you asking for suggestion for your new place?

iowacathy Looking for suggestions for new place. Will be tearing out the cabinets in our new place and starting over. We move next week so I don't have a picture of the new place to show you.

Stamps Design Services Here are some kitchens that have custom cabinets. One has distressed cabinets, one has all green and the other two show mixed cabinets. Your home should reflect you and your tastes...

Darzy What is the floor color/material in the new place?

iowacathy I think the problem is that my tastes are changing. While I hate to get rid of the furniture, it is a bit too country.

I will be replacing the floors too and will probably go with hardwood.

olldbobbi If you really like white cabinets, why not paint your furniture white to match?

iowacathy I think this furniture is really limiting my options!

Darzy ollbobbi has a great solution. Paint the furniture, then reupholster the chairs with a fresh, updated fabric and will help the furniture look less country and current. Get the kitchen cabinets exactly what you want, color wise, because that is "permanent".
