Need help with wood trim EVERYWHERE in house!
My husband and I have a rental house that has wood trim everywhere... While I appreciate the wood accents its getting a little overwhelming and making it hard to decide how to decorate the house. The floors throughout the house are all wood, all cabinetry is wood, even the light fixtures are wood in some rooms. I am trying to break it up but most of our furniture are antiques which I cannot paint so the whole house is looking like WOOD. Because the house is a rental I cannot paint anything. WE have some things to break it up (our couch is blue, bookcases are black, chair black) but most I am not sure how to fix the problem. Rugs are not really an option right now because of expense. The house is fairly large (2 living rooms, office, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, dinning room, and kitchen) so I have a limited budget to work with a lot of space. BTW we live in the woods so even outside... WOOD! Help!
