Need help on updating the Tudo style exterior of home
Looking to improve the exterior of home with paint and landscaping. I'm not sure if we should paint the brick and stucco to update the look or if we could get by just repainting the stucco and tudor trim with lighter colors. I'm at a loss and need help.

claudiann I think painting the decorative features under the windows and next to the door would update it. I have quite a few homes such as yours in my area. One painted the stucco a soft yellow. Maybe google Tudor images and get ideas there.

sms9758 I wholeheartedly agree on painting the decorative circles under the windows to make them disappear. Then look at your house again.

couponmail79 Would you recommend painting the features the same color as the trim? What about repainting all the trim a lighter color? The brick and the trim just seem too dark to me.

Dytecture Try reversing the dark and light color combination that is currently painted there.
