Teak Honey Jar - $38.00 [ Link ]
I've always found that honey jars have something romantic about them. Wouldn't transferring store-bought honey to your own heirloom jar give you the impression that you're in absolute control of your life? If I were ever to do this, I'd use this super cute jar. I just love that rope handle.

Breadbasket - EUR 34.00 [ Link ]
My mom has several breadbaskets, but I feel like they're a bit of an old-fashioned habit. But when I saw this one, I thought I'd gladly use it instead of just throwing bread in an ordinary ceramic bowl. It can double as a small serving tray too.

Wooden salad bowls are quintessential in any kitchen, classic or modern. My mom has had hers for over 25 years, and they look just like these! These bamboo bowls are beautiful, and contrary to what you might think, they don't absorb odors and are very easy to clean.

Rinse it under running water after each use, and it'll keep for years and years.

@pejic It's hard to judge the scale in your photo, but from the wear marks on the inside it could be some sort of specialized mortar. The rings would be created as the pestle went around the spindle to grind spices, corn, etc.
I have bought gorgeous burl and live edge bowls from a Canadian company called Stinson studios in Ontario. I have a salad bowl from the the Nanaimo ferry dock from Bob's wife and if you ever are in Nova Scotia there is a company called Larchwood enterprises that makes terrific cutting, cheese and buffet boards. We acquired a great board on our trip there that is as tough as nails.
