Details of Design This is another suggestion but for a pillar candle or a flameless candle. When lit, the branches look like they are shimmering in the wind outdoors. Simply gorgeous.

onthefence I've seen quite a few mercury glass votive tutorials online as well. They look fairly easy even for someone as creatively-impaired as I am! I've been thinking of giving it a try with a few old plain votive holders I have here at home.
