Amy Lambert Lee Thank you, Chandra! The bedding is just plain white/cream pieces I found at Babies R Us. Made by Carters, I believe. But I just purchased anything white/cream that was washable, so it wasn't expensive and was very easy to clean.

Amy Lambert Lee We were fortunate because the trim was painted, but it had so many layers that were chipped, we had to do tons of sanding (which was a total beating). In the end, we hired professional painters because it was too much for us to accomplish on our own. Too much trim! I would use a primer for sure. Let me know how it goes!

Amy Lambert Lee No, not at all. I was at the paint store today and was looking at the swatch and it was at the top of a green column, which was interesting, because I looked at it before I left and it has a more buttery tone than the BM White Dove that is on the woodwork. Did you prime it? We had a light blue on the walls and the painter didn't use the prime I purchased and I could still see the blue, so we had to buy more paint and do a third coat. P's bedroom has tons of natural light, so I really think I would be able to see the green tone but I don't. I'm sorry! What type of light fixtures do you have? How about natural light?

rgregurich I noticed the same placement of the swatch too - that's why I wondered if it inherently had some green undertones. Same situation, we did not prime (big mistake) so we are now in the process of priming and repainting. We have a very similar layout of windows so lots of natural night. It's interesting because the green tone is was so very subtle. Thanks for the clarification! I really appreciate it!

Niki Papadopoulos I love sheer drapery, I feel like it adds such a beautiful, diffused light to any space. I am going to guess that these are custom, judging from how perfect they are and the fact that there are inside mount roman shades in those windows. When I need off the shelf, ready to go sheers I prefer the ones from Restoration Hardware ( I also love their drapery hardware) Good Luck!

Amy Lambert Lee The chair was my Mimi's. It used to be covered in a turquoise brocade fabric that was awesome, but worn out. We actually have another antique chair that we are having recovered for that spot that she will love!
