The Arch table is no ordinary table. Artist Helen Rudy likes top take a concept and make it different. The Arch table is one example just doing that. The table top is made from hand cut thin strips of glass laid on edge like a domino and sandwiched together. Each piece of glass has been hand cut and assembled in a kiln to match a individual and unique design. The glass is then melted together in a kiln until it forms one solid piece of glass. The table edges are hand polished with a diamond pad to create a smooth glossy finish.

The Arch base is also designed by the artist. The steel is waterjet cut and welded. A clear satin powder coat finish has been applied to maintain the graphite grey and steel finish.
The table base is designed so that there are two ways to display the artful piece. Either as a arch shape or a U. check out the photographs.

The glass top is 22in x 44in long and the base is 28in high.
