Dresser Homes That's a tough question to answer. It really depends on several factors like geographic region, level of finish, site conditions of the existing house, and so forth. In Atlanta, a high end room like this would probably run between $150 - $200 per square foot. The room is about 576 sf, so you would be in the range of $86k - $115k. Of course you could do it much less expensively with different finishes. This room has custom mahogany doors, hand-scraped walnut floors, 10' ceilings, heaving moldings, and so on. Hope this helps.

Dresser Homes Yes, all the interior doors are painted Gettysburg Grey. On the trim, it is all Gettysburg Grey on the Main Level but we switched to an off white upstairs. The kitchen cabinets are also that color, but with a higher level finish than the trim in the rest of the house.
