this nook is similar (although larger) than the one our bed is in. But I love the architectural detail that makes it feel a bit separate. Not sure we can do that in our space but even creating that sense of division/privacy with curtains is definitely something I want to look at. Plus, given that we have french doors that don't lock on our room, it would be nice to close the curtains so our kids don't barge in on us -- ha ha
