While not exactly a traditional headboard, this wrought iron canopy is one that I would love to have in my house. I have been wanting a canopy bed for the longest time, and this one is simple with clean lines.

This is a beautiful "forever" bed — for sure the star of the room! Since the footboard and the headboard are the same height, you could position it horizontally against a wall like a large daybed to allow for ample floor space for creating.
