Thanks for your inquiry. This light fixture is a Zebra Pendant, model #5078, from Linea Light. Note that The canopy for this fixture is not a standard size so the canopy will not cover a standard elect./ ceiling box. It's maybe 3" diameter. We mounted it to a circular blank panel (with the Knock-Out removed for the wires to go through), which was then painted to match the ceiling.
