decoenthusiaste My husband is a genious with trampoline frames - our greenhouse is made from them. This inspired him to get back to scavenging for discarded ones and putting our chickens in a "proper" house!

Debbie My son took an old satellite dish (steel mesh), painted it black, w/15 ft tall posts (in a circle to hold it up, and chicken wire around all posts...for an aviairy! Looks awesome!

This is my dream barn idea for both goats and chickens but I have no idea of the cost of something like this. We can go with a simple roof instead of all this decoration stuff. I'll talk to you about it further.

The center could be easily adapted as a cat coop - lol. I have cats that like laying on the neighbors lawn furniture. When I get the annoying phone call to come get my cat - I could bring the offender home and put him in the coop for the day. It could be rigged with a little man made tree, litter tray on ground level food dishes with shelfing on a different level. I could see the gang on the outside wishing they were in!
