Almost everyone that sees me using a lemon reamer asks me, "Is that really useful?" I tell you, being the citrus lover that I am, I cannot live without one. They make juicing quick, keep your hands mostly dry and, most importantly, allow you to extract every last bit of juice from each citrus half. Rinse it under running water after each use, and it'll keep for years and years.
